How to setup my Paypal Plugin?

Im very new to this so Id be grateful if you could give me a step by step guide..
I have my paypal account set up, I just dont know how to link the two up!

You have to go to System->Payment plugins, publish the Paypal payment plugin and then edit it. Then, you just have to enter your paypal email in the field "Your paypal email" and save the configuration of the plugin so that the plugin appears on the checkout. That's all.
