Business Edition - Remove Access to Affiliate Pgm

Thanks to the amazing product and great support I purchased the business edition. When a user received an order created email and they click on the link they can then click a Cancel button on the order status screen. This brings them to a Customer Account screen. Is there anyway for a custom not to see the "access to the affiliate program" on this screen.

You can go in the menu Display->Views and edit the file cpanel of the view user.
There, you can add, after the php start tag, the code:
array_pop($this->buttons);

Is it possible to do this for Wishlists and Carts as well by editing the same file?

When users view their customer account I just want them to see Customer Account, Addresses and Orders.

Update:
Worked this out myself - for anyone else, you just edit via the main Configuration panel (System -> Display) and set Enable multi carts radio button to "No" likewise with Enable the wishlists.
