Characteristics display issue[Solved]

Dear Hikashop:


When I have more than one Characteristic, on my product page, I got something like this:

When I only have one Characteristic, it actually shows up as a dropdown menu, how do I have both of Characteristics show up as dropdown menu? I looked at the configuration and couldn't find a option, did I miss something here, thank you.

It's the option "Characteristic selection method" that you need to change to "dropdown".
