Problems with search results

Hi, I'm having a slight problem getting search results to work the way I want. Basically, search results display just fine and clicking on a link takes you to the relevant product page. However, the page lacks the usual modules and I don't know how to fix this. Furthermore, clicking on a product category displays only a blank page.

You can see what I mean by browsing for products from the menu first and then trying out the search function here: www.benchmarkbuildingsupplies.co.uk/

Hi,

That's because in the itemid menu option of your HikaShop product/category search plugins you need to enter the id of your shop menu item.
In your case, it's 469

That means that the hikashop options of the products listing associated module of your category listing menu with the id 469 are not correct.
As I don't know how you configured them, I can't say much.
Please provide a screenshot of these options.

Display > Content Menus, and ID 469 (Products) is that what you meant?

In Display > Content Modules there are 4x "Associated products listing for category listing menu 469" is it one of those you were after?

Hi,

I think that the associated module is not the correct one.
Thanks to give us a screenshot of the associated module configuration (bottom - left of the current screenshot)
