Continue Shopping Redirect Link

Hello,
the Redirect link for continue shopping is wrong, how i can fix it for whatever link I want? thanks

Never mind, I was able to find a thread on the forums regarding the direct link by editing View--> Display--> then edit Notice under check out

but that consider a bug need it to be fixed, i changed the redirect url from configurations and saved it but it did not go to effect, Thanks
