Send e-mail to the custom for order status change

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.2
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.0

Hi,

I have been searching for the possibility of Hikashop to send an e-mail to the customer when an order status is changed.

For example, if the order changes his status from "Created" to "Processing", I want my customer to know it.

But I don't find the option in the configuration tabs nether the e-mail configuration.

Is that possible? Or I have to do a plugin to send a custom e-mail?

Hi,

When you change the status of an order in the backend of HikaShop, you have a specific option you can activate/deactivate to send the notification email or not.
And when a payment plugin changes automatically the status of an order to confirmed when receiving a payment notification, it also sends the notification email to the customer.

So what you want should already be happening normally, without doing anything.

Hi, that's true. I can see the option in the backend.

But there's no option in the hikamarket frontend version.

There's some trigger or function that I can activate to do it automatically?
