attach file to mail order confirmation

hi, is it possible now to attach the file purchased (I sell pdf) to the confirmation order mail?
or - at least - to convert the BUY button in DOWNLOAD button on the product page, like in www.creativemarket.com site?

I have many problems with people who don't understand they have to come back to site after purchasing and download the file.
this is probably because they're not so young (I sell knitting pattern) but is real difficult to manage it and to create a trust relationship if they wait for the pdf for many hours or days then write ma 'I PAYED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING...'

Do you have any ideas how to manage it?

Hello,

You can add attachment in the email but it will be fixed attachment.
If you want dynamic attachment, it requires a special add-on or custom development.

Regarding the "product files" ; the HikaShop email does contains the download links as long as you configure the order statuses accordingly.
HikaShop also do have a "download" listing available in the customer front-end panel.

Afterwards, you can still perform some email overrides to add some text in your emails.
To add explanations for your customers.
