View override issue

Hi,

We have done some view override on "show_block_custom_main". However on some products we still see old view. The issue is with h4 tag. In the override we changed h4 tag to h2 as you can see from screenshot attached but on some products it still shows old h4 tag and we can't find where it is coming from. Table has different class too for uknown reason...Could you please let us know where we can change it??
