Hello Guys,
I want to add one more menu item called customer area have noticed it on of LTheme
j4demo.ltheme.com/joomla/lt-babyshop/

and I did everything possible to accomplish that did not work

I tried that on a website that I'm working on it; please advise or hint thanks

Hi,

That menu item will only display the main "Customer Area" link.
If you want the sub links when you hover on the main link, you also need to create children menu items, one for each link in the pop over dropdown.
