-- PHP version -- : 8.1.17

Hi,
I'm trying to customize some reports. For example TOP SALES works fine for all brands, but If I try to filter results by brand, no results are shown.
By the way, is there a way to duplicate your pre-installed reports?

At the end I need to export several datas filtered by data range and one specific brand (csv columns):
created on
order number
order item name
product item price

I suppose it is possible to do it, but I can't create this report working.
Could you please help me?

You already have credentials for backend.

Hello,

Firstly, it is not possible to copy pre-existing reports, so you must reproduce the configurations exactly by creating a new report.

Secondly, I am not sure I understand your problem regarding the brands, because if you refer to my screenshot, restricting your report by brand should not be a problem.

unfortnatly category filter doesn't work on my site. Could you please check it on backend?

Hi,

Philippe made a mistake. The "categories" filter of reports is to filter the products based on their linked categories.
If you select a brand there it won't work properly because brands are not linked to products in the same way as categories.
It would require modifying the code in the file administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/widget.php to support brands
