Comment on fait pour obtenir le paiement par Paypal ?

Il faut un plugin ?

Il faut publier et configurer le plugin de paypal dans le menu Système->Méthodes de paiement.

je créé ma première boutique avec pour seul moyen de paiement Paypal !

Oui, avec l'option afficher le pied de page dans la config dans l'onglet affichage.
