-- Joomla version -- : 3.4

Nachdem ich ein Produkt hinzufügen will, kommt die Meldung: "Der Warenkorb ist leer".
Was kann ich machen?

Könnte ein Caching-Problem sein:
Ist irgendein Cache aktiviert, z.B. das Joomla Cache Plugin, eine andere Cache-Extension, oder ein Cache auf dem Webserver?
Wenn das der Fall ist, bitte deaktivieren und dann nochmal testen.

P.S.: Nächstes Mal bitte kompletten Link zum Shop posten... hab lange rumgesucht, bis ich ihn gefunden hab...

Habe den Cache ausgeschaltet und Funktioniert leider trotzdem nicht :(

was kann ich noch machen?

Wir reden nicht mehr über "relaunch.antik.at" (da ist zur Zeit nichts), sondern über " www.antik.at ", ja?

Hab gerade mal versucht, mich auf antik.at zu registrieren, was in der folgenden Fehlermeldung resultierte:

Warnung
Registrierung fehlgeschlagen: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 2)' at line 3 SQL=INSERT INTO `clvxu_user_usergroup_map` (`user_id`,`group_id`) VALUES (, 2)
Kein HikaShop-Problem, aber sollte sicher erstmal behoben werden.

War das der Joomla-Cache? Irgendwelche anderen Caches noch aktiv? Caches nach dem Deaktivieren geleert? Server... eventuell nochmal checken oder den Hosting-Provider fragen?

Irgendwas an Extensions, die selber cachen o.ä. in die Richtung machen?
(Im Frontend seh ich derzeit nur PRI Animation und JCE MediaBox, und die sollten beide ok sein, aber vielleicht gibt's noch was anderes, z.B. in den Helix-Einstellungen, oder irgendwelche Admintools oder so?)
