Danke Lousyfool für deine Rückmeldung.!
ich habe keine Fehlermeldung bekommen. Die Installation ist normal ausgefühert (Extensions ->Manage ->Install -> UploadePackage File ). Vorher Habe ich hikaschop-Zip datei runtergeladen. Nur leider die installationprozedur laüft und laüft ohne ende. ich habe gewartet 20 min bis 30 min in der hoffnung dass etwas passiert. Leider nichts,und das habe ich mehrmals gemacht.
Ich hoffe das du mir hilfst.
PS: Joomla 3.9.6
PHP :7.2.17

Hmmm, das kann verschiedene Ursachen haben.
- Geht's mit Extensions -> Manage -> Update?
- File Permissions auf Server / in Website (kannst du andere Extensions installieren?).
- Zu knappes Limit: manchmal sind Uploads auf z.B. 2 MB beschränkt, aber die HikaShop ZIP-Datei ist fast 5 MB. Versuchen, die ZIP mittels FTP in einen temporären Folder auf den Server hochzuladen, dann in Joomla mit "Install from Folder" zu installieren.
- Andere serverseitige Ursachen... am besten mal deinen Host kontaktieren und/oder Error-Logs checken.

Das Problem ist gelöst.
Mittels FTP und in Joomla mit Install from Folder hat es gut geklappt.
