template specific for hikashop with no framework

I try some e-commerce web service where many include in the price for some a really easy online designer tool end in rare case an editor for edit css html .
I see now that there is a page in hikashop website that show many template that i think "compatible" with hikashop ? The page don't give many technical informations about the template . If those template are really compatible; we do not have issue about css code and javascript but i think it is a myth . Anyway .....

Does the template list on the hikashop page come with
1- design for joomla and many hikashop extension ?
2- joomla framework ?
3- psd ai file ?
4- many joomla extension ?
5- responsive css framework ?

All information are come from the first page of the template .
it seem revolution slider and mega menu is bundle in many templates and are a must have !!!.
mobile word don't appear a lot compare to responsive !!!
Create a template need strong knowledge of design and joomla/ hikashop infrastructure . It really waste your time since many incompatiblities exist beetween browsers/OS since the CSS/DOM spécification are update in each new Browser version ! IE8 support seem disseppear and end user have to use newer browser version ......
Does revolution slider ca nbe easy configure like the default slider bundle with hikashop ?
