Plugin that divide price of the product by months

My client is whiling to pay for the development of a way to display the price of the products in months. We dont know how complicated this could be, here im posting some images, so you can have a certain idea of what we want.

He also want to have this done for december 1, or as soon as possible. Like i said before, we really dont know how complicated this could be, so, we are open to the price that the programmers think is fair.
