coding required to allow for price breaks

I am looking for someone who can write some code to allow my site to use what is commonly known as "prices breaks" when customers order and to include the code that will force them to enter the correct minimum number.

If you look at my site you will see that as an example we sell, with an initial minimum initially order volume of 50:
Executive Pens - volume 50+ for £1.90
Executive Pens - volume 151+ for £1.70
Executive Pens - volume 250+ for £1.64
