Payment Plugin, Shipping Plugin, Price Break Mod

I am looking for a Hikashop developer to do some work in stages.
I need a Payment plugin for www.VCS.co.za . They have plugins for lots of other shops but not Hikashop.

I need a shipping plugin to enable the easy entry of shipping price tables. The module must calculate shipping prices on the fly based on mass, price per mass unit and base fee.

Lastly, I have several price breaks for my products, but I need them to work over different products in a specific category. Example: Any mixed 2 products from one specific category sells at a different price compared to any mixed combination of 5 products from the same category. Either by preset discounts or by using quantity based prices relative to each specific product.
