Payment Plug-in for HOBEX

Hi,
can anyone create a Hikashop Payment Plug-in for Hobex Payment Solutions?
There is an Integration-Guide for the COPYandPAY API.

Is it possible to get this in a Plug-in for Hikashop?

It should do Credit-Cards, SOFORT, ... maybe Apple Pay.
