The simplest solution and recommanded by me would be to hide it with css, identify the class's or id's for thoes elements, and use display="none" .
Or you can you edit the view from hikashop.
In Hikashop go to: Display > Views, filter by front-end, template of your site and search for the view: vote / listing.php
And here you can edit that section, and remove the elements you want.
If you decide to edit the view, in future when hikashop will get some updates in that section, it will be mutch harder for you to maintain the code.
