Custom Field date calendar picker not displaying

In business edition Hikashop I added a custom item field (date) and associated with 2 categories of products. The text area shows up but the date picker (the little calendar you can click to select the date) is not visible on any page or product. Latest version of hika and joomla 2.58. It is a valid date field, if I try to enter anything other than date format it is rejected. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

The date picker is the default Joomla date picker.
Could you please provide a link to your store so we would be able to source of the problem.
It could be a javascript problem but I have to check to be sure and to give you a fix.

Hi,

You have a rule in your "theme1155/css/default.css" css file, line 467

img.calendar {
display: none;
}
This CSS rule hide the calendar image.

Please fix your template.

Thanks, that did it! Also, don't know if I should start a new thread but the hikashop frontend_default.css has ui-tabs which my site's template has also I deleted those entries that were showing up in firebug from frontend_default.css and the conflict is gone and the module effected works fine now but I think a better way would be to rename them in case they are needed in hikashop or maybe use the !important in my templates css file or maybe you have a better solution than my hack job. lol

Here's the link to the page in issue, I restored to hikashop default css so you could see it: glazzny.com/newsite/

It's right below the slide show

Hi,

You have three tab system in the same site.
Well, the right thing to do is to deactivate the hikashop css for the tabs. We put it in order to add default rules for templates which not contains tabs.
For most of them, your tabs have a best priority but some specific rules are not overridden (like the background), that why some things are not displayed right.
