Registration not working

I can not get the registration to work, when you populate all the details and proceed it just refreshes the screen and doesn't proceed to payment.

Is this option not available in starter edition?

Do you have the checkout order of events set up correctly? Like for instance that your first 'item' is: Login.

Set 'advanced checkout workflow' to yes and go from there. Slide the options in the order you want. See how that works.

Hi,

I see that your workflow is "login_confirm,payment,end".
It should be "login,payment_confirm,end".

By activating the advanced checkout workflow, you would be able to modify the workflow with the right syntax but you would have to make a modification on your checkout and then, save it.
If you do not change your checkout, the script would not change the value of the configuration, so it would not change the wrong placement of the "confirm" step.

I have amended the syntax to login,payment_confirm,end, but I do not understand what you mean by change the checkout script! where and what to?

Hi,

As Jerome said, you don't have any script to edit, but just add a step to your checkout, save, set the checkout as wanted, save again and it should work fine.
If it still doesn't work, disable the advanced checkout workflow and set it to: login,payment_confirm,end
