Carousel enabled gives blank page

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.3.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : All

When I enable the carousel in Hika Business, the page it is assigned to comes up blank with just 1 product image link (random product on refresh). If I click on the link, it takes me to the product displayed, but otherwise the page is completely blank - see image. Only by disabling the carousel module can I get the page back to its original state.

I have created 3 different modules following the documentation and it is the same on all of them. Any suggestions out there?

You got a PHP fatal error.
Please check your PHP error log in order to have more details about the issue.

I downloaded the error-log, cleared the text and uploaded it back onto the server. When it was blank, I tried loading the page above again. Having read the new errors, I am still none the wiser as to why it does not work. I have now attached the new 'error-log as a text file, perhaps it will make more sense to you.

Hi,

Nothing related to our issue.
Please set the "error reporting level" to "maximum" in your Joomla global configuration ; it would display the PHP errors before exiting to page processing.

I have turned error reporting to maximum, cleaned the error-log page then tried to reload the page mentioned. From 0 bytes, the error log went straight to 5431 bytes. As above, I have attached the txt file. Hopefully this will show what the problem is.

Hi,

Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3980 bytes) in /administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/image.php on line 865

Please increase your PHP memory limitation ; 32MB is too few for an e-commerce website with image processing.
You will find more details in our forum on Internet looking for "Allowed memory exhausted".
