Registration and blank page

I have 3 questions:

1. When I have no products selected, and I will click checkout (kassa on my site) I will get a blank page. How to change that? I would like to put a line like " there a no products in the shopping cart". Or even better, when there are no products in shopping cart, that the checkout (kassa) button go to webhop category page. So people get no blank page but the products on my site.
2. Is it possible when checkout to give people the option if they want to register or go further without registration?
3. At the moment I configure checkout without registration. But when I go to checkout, I see below the Button Registration. How to change the name to Next or other name. Because it's no registration.

2. If you to use a checkout without registration, you'll probably find your answer through this thread :

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout.
That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created.
That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions.

1. Was because I set no URL to Checkout shopping card if emty. It's solved.

Nother Question:
I would like to make it possible to sent items wouthout people have to pay in front. They will pay when they receive the goods. (send (goods) cash on delivery (C.O.D.))
In first on my checkout I give people the option to send normal for normal amounth of money click next and they can pay with paypal or iDeal.
Second option needs to be send C.O.D. (it will cost more money in my webshop) click next, and then they don't need to go to the payment section, or need to go to payment section where we thank them and tell they may pay the goods when they receive them.

I don't think that Hikashop Handle that for the moment, but I think that the best solution will be to let your customers create their order, and let them pay it later through their order listing via their front-end user space, you'll be able to do that by enabling the Payment of orders not paid immediately through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".
As it's said on the documentation :

Payment of orders not paid immediately : You can activate the payment of orders not paid via the listing of the orders of the user. He will have an additional button below the status of the order. Upon clicking on it, he will be redirected to the payment gateway in order to pay for the order. This option is available in all commercial versions of HikaShop.
