Product option 'none' gives warning

Hi,

for my webshop every product has multiple options. One of the options is always 'none'. The functionality should work the same as with the demo shop product:-option: webcam.

Unfortunately, when I select a product on my site and select the option: none, on the first page of the check-out a warning is displayed, with the following information: The article [product-option: none] is not available

This is not making any sense to me. From my perspective the option is in this case or completely ignored in the cart, or it is added to the cart, but a warning is surpressed.

I have compared the demo webcam-product and couldn't find any differences with my product option.

Any help is appreciated!

thanks for the reply. I have just updated to the latest version of HikaShop. Unfortunately, I receive the same warning

The article [article: characteristic] is not available

As mentioned in my previous post. The difference between the two product characteristics is that one is: with and the other without. The characteristic with is working fine and adding the proper price to the product. Whereas the characteristic without gives the warning message provide above. The only difference between the two characteristics is the price. Obviously the characteristic with has a price. Whereas the characteristic without is not having a price.

- Your product configuration page ("Hikashop->Product->YourProduct").
- Your product variants listing ("Hikashop->Product->YourProduct->'ManageVariantButton'")and your product variants configuration page ("Hikashop->Product->YourProduct->'ManageVariantButton'->YourVariant").

I'll also need a link to the page where you're having this issue.

After some tests through your website, can you test it with the Display 'add to cart' button for free products option set to YES through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Main'->'Product tab'" ?
