Custom Fields in Address Info to show on Invoice

How can I receive via e-mail all of the details (custom fields) from the form? I need to have a record (hard copy or an e-mail) of the details generated from the registration/purchasing process (ie. Fax #, Flight Arrival, Flt. #, etc. all custom fields from my form)

On my home page when a user clicks on 'register now" for a particular product/price, it takes them to the guest registration page. They only need fill in the form and pay.

The problem is: the only confirmation I receive is an email with cursory information.

How can I receive via e-mail all of the details (custom fields) from the form?
