how can i do this ?

Go to Display>Custom Fields in your hikashop back-end. Create a new custom field of table "order". Make sure to click yes to display on front-end.

Did you select "YES" to display on front end? Also you may need to add "Fields" to your Checkout workflow in Configuration.
