I created a good discount on a category to the achievement of 40 €.
This discount is not applied based on the value I set (40 €).
Many times the bonus is applied to lesser amounts.

Did you created a discount or a coupon ?
Please provide a screenshot of your discount configuration.

Hi,

So you have to create a "discount", not a "coupon".
A coupon is a "coupon code", it is not a discount.

thank you for your reply but creating a DISCOUNT do not have the ability to enter a maximum amount (like 40 €) beyond which the discount is applied

I'm sorry but I still wish that it worked out this form attached with the settings inserit: coupon amount, the category to which you apply the coupon, limit to apply the coupon.

unfortunately is not complied with the minimum liminite (40 €) set

Ok I see, you want an auto-loaded coupon, not a discount.
Please provide
- a link to your website
- some information about your Joomla and your HikaShop versions
- some details about how accessing the products which are in the targeted category for your auto loaded coupon.
- a screenshot of your checkout workflow

Please note that a coupon will be loaded when the step "coupon" is in your checkout workflow
Please note that you put a restriction on the address, the customer should be logged and should use an address in Italy.

Hello and sorry for the late reply,
That's maybe a cache issue, can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? You'll also have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin. Also can you clear your browser's cache and try it again ?
