[SOLVED] Terms & Conditions Pop Up is Off the Page

The Terms and Conditions pop up box shows up to the extreme bottom left of the window.

That's because of your template which is not loading the standard CSS of Joomla 3. Change the "Popup mode" option of the HikaShop configuration to "mootools" and that will avoid the problem.
