Custom Field "Display limited to" not working now

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Any (chrome, firefox, etc).

Basically trying to add a gift wrap option during checkout, and if "yes" then display a gift wrap message text area custom field.

It WAS working on my test internal test site but then I tried to impliment it on this new site and it wouldn't work.
No JavaScript errors in the console window.

I should simply be able to check the gift wrap check box "Yes" & the "Display limited to" should then show the message field.

I had this working on my internal test site which I originally setup under Joomla 3.2.3
I then later upgrade to Joomla 3.3.0 last week - no problems, still worked fine.

Then today I touched those two custom fields - ONLY changing the label for each on the test site.
Now it no longer works on my internal test site either.
I changed the labels back up the problem persists.

I tried deleting & adding all new custom fields - same issue on the production & internal test site.

Neither site is using the same server or even the same template.
I even rolled back to the base Prostar template that comes with Jopomla and the issue persists.
I moved the Fields block around in the checkout flow with no change.

I'm baffled. Did I forget something in the setup of the custom fields or is something broke?

Hi,

It seem that something is missing, when setting up the message custom field, in the option to limit the display, you should see the values of the other custom field, and so check the "Yes" value to display the message if the checkbox is checked.

Could you try to install the latest version from our website, the 2.3.1, over your current one and see if the problem is solved ?

Upgrading fixed the issue in both cases.
