No addresses

I've run into troubles wtih registration/checkout process on www.nordic-medical.de .

A 'new' user selects porducts and clicks on 'proceed to checkout'.
The user is diverted to the login/registration page.
Required information is added and the 'check your email to verify your account' message is displayed.
Email is received and the account is verified on the first checkout page.

However ... no address is displayed on the checkout page (although the address is properly listed in the HikaShop User backend).
The user is not able to view or edit an address book entry and therefore not able to proceed in the checkout process.


The user is properly added as a Joomla user
The user is added as a HikaShop user ... but without name and username.

When I test the frontend with my own usernam ... no problem ... everything works as it should.
When I create a new user in the Joomla user manager with Super User priviledges and use this user, I get the same problem ... no address.

Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop Plugin enabled and is 'Public'

Any idea of what's happning?

Hi,

I seem to be back on track after manually removing all user entries in the MySQL database that had missing Name and Username.

It appears as if the problem originated in deleting Joomla users that also were HikaShop users (all that testing :) ). Somehow these entries blocked the proper creation of new users.

Problem solved!!
