Add custom field on checkout, saying text

Hi! How would I add a custom field to the checkout, and let it display a text, like terms and conditions, but like 1 line?
Dutch webshops are forced to do so, and I'd like to do it with Hikashop during the checkout, like a checkbox?

Hi,

Order custom fields are available in HikaShop Business.
But HikaShop have a terms & condition option, available in all edition, where the user have to check the box to continue the checkout.
It is a step that you have to add in your checkout workflow. You can customize the text (using language override).
