Message to display in popup

Hi,

Which php need to edit to modify the layout of Message:

Also can you give me some idea how can I make this message block appear as a popup rather than page itself?

Hi,

Theses messages are displayed by Joomla, it"s Joomla system messages.
So to edit the way they appeat, it require Joomla core file edition I think, or there is maybe plugins which allow that.
