Hello, We are having an urgent issue with our site running HikaShop. Users purchase the product and are given the download link in there email. When they click and download this it works and says that it does have a file size. Unfortunately when you try to extract the files the zip says that the folder is empty. We have tried several different solutions in order to alleviate this issue but have not had any luck. Any help that you can provide would be very appreciated.

Hi,

It depends on lot of things, like :
- The original size of the file / The final file size you got.
- Your PHP maximum execution time.
- Your web hosting server configuration to allow to bypass the maximum execution time.

The download size is only 24MB. Do we need to replace the zip file via the HikaCart product management tool or can we simply replace the file with the same named file?
We don't have issues with corrupted files on this Linux server. The maximum execution time is set to the following:
max_execution_time=30
We can consistently reproduce the corrupted file issue by simply uploading the file via the HikaCart product page.
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

This issue was resolved by disabling GZip compression in the php.ini file as suggested by the Hika Team. Thank you for your help!
