Delivery of digital products

-- PHP version -- : 5.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

I'm trying to set up a test site for a photographer. However, after conducting a test purchase through Paypal, there is no way to download the photograph that I purchased. In the user control panel, in orders, there is no link to download the product. The download number limit is unlimited. How can I create a download link for a customer that has paid for it?

Edit: I can only create a download link by making it a free download.

Hi,

Paid download (no free downloads) are available in all HikaShop editions, so you should be able to use them.

You should check your configuration "Main > Files".

The option "Valid order statuses for download" list the order status compatible with the download.

In the backend, while editing the order, you should see the download files and HikaShop will display a message if the user can't download it (duration expired, limit expired, order status not compatible).

Thanks, that worked. One other thing. In the product list, even though there is no time limit, it says: "Until the 31 January 1970 00:00." It still works anyway.
