How to allow 1 to register or purchase as a guest?

How to allow a user to register or purchase as a guest? When I set Login & Registration to Registration the user must register to make a purchase. If I set Login & Registration to Guest there seems no way for a new user to register if they want to? What I want is for a user to have the option of registering to make a purchase or just make a purchase as a guest. What am I missing??

Hi,

In Configuration > Checkout > Login & registration, you have to enable the login, select the "switcher" option, and check the boxes "guest" and another one.

I'm using Hikashop on Joomla 2.5.24 and I'm not able to allow people to make purchases as guests. They must register. I don't see the options that you described using Joomla 3.3 to allow for guest purchases on my Hikashop installation.
