Hi,

we use elavon payment gateway. When the payment is finalised and the thank you page displayed, there is a line of code where the tag hasn't been opened correctly, as per attached, is it in Hikashop or in the template of the payment gateway?

Another issue is the strange character "×" that's displaying underneath, there is no such a thing in the after_end view, any ideas?

This seems to be in the plugin "_thanks.php" file in "plugins/hikashoppayment" so you have to edit this file directly.

Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately I can't find the file "_thanks.php"
I navigated to plugins/hikashoppaymnet and then to realex which is the plugin we are using, but in that folder there is no "_thnaks.php" file, only realex.php, realex.xml, realex_configuration.php, realex_end.php

Any ideas?
