Only Paypal Express checkout

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5

I want to have Paypal Express checkout as the only payment solution.
But there are two messages I can't seem to remove.
1. The message saying "No payment methods found"
2. ...and the "go to payment" button

If you only want to use PayPal express as a payment method you should probably don't let your customers go through your checkout workflow, because the PayPal express will always just be displayed through the "Checkout with PayPal" icon at the bottom of your cart module.

Yes, I know that PayPal express will always just be displayed through the "Checkout with PayPal" icon, and that is how I want it to be.

But I need to remove/hide.....

1. the message that says "/Message: No payment methods found /"
2. and the button that says "finish"
