Is any chance to see cart page without login?

I found that cart list page which from Hikashop will redirect to login page if users are not login.
I don't know if possible to let visiter can check their carts with login until checkout.

The cart listing NEEDS the user to be logged in to have more information about him like his previous carts. In your case, you'll probably need a "Cart Display" menu.
