Terms and Conditions Modal not working

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.24

Hi,

Recently we've been having problems with the Modal popup for the terms and conditions during checkout.
The jQuery for the link seems to be targeting the wrong Id?

Hello,

You should use "vex" popup system.
