Added cart to navbar. How do I display the # of items in cart on menu.

Hello,

I just recently added a menu on the navbar for Cart. I was wondering how I would go about making it so the menu item for Cart also displays the number of items that are currently IN the cart as well.

The way to proceed will depends how you create and set up your menu navbar can you porvide some url to see it by ourself ?
