Tickbox for Terms and Conditions not clickable - customer cannot proceed

Hi,
I have not find the same issue in the forum, so here is my new thread.

I am not aware since when this issue is there but when customers click to accept the Terms and Conditions, the tickmark quickly appears but it disappears again. So, the Terms and Conditions cannot be accepted, and he cannot proceed. However, when the customer clicks on "Finish" the system jumps back to the address confirmation.

When removing the Terms and Conditions View, he can easily go to the next step. Then everything is fine.

Please find a picture of my checkout workflow in the attachment.

Any idea?

Hi,

That's because the Terms and conditions view has been overridden with one of the first versions of HikaShop 3 and since then, we had to change it in order to allow for several terms and conditions views being on the same checkout workflow (so that you can accept several elements: T&C, privacy policy, license agreement, etc).
So you need to delete / rename the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/checkout/show_block_terms.php and redo the modifications you had done to it (if any) in the "show_block_terms" file of the view "checkout" via the menu Display>Views.
