Error after entering CC info

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 1054
Error: 1054
Unknown column 'order_url' in 'field list'

I posted same experience for another website, so I thought to post separately.

This time I get this message after entering cc info and clicking next instead of a blank page
