USPS Error AFTER Checkout Completion?

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.1
-- PHP version -- : 7

Has anyone seen this error? A good customer of mine ran into it AFTER he completed checkout, which did send me the order successfully.

I've been unable to replicate it, and I asked him to do everything the same as before in case it was on his end, and he could not replicate it either. So I'm guessing it was just a hicup in the process somewhere on USPS end...but without being able to reproduce...I just don't know.

If it is an actual issue, I need to head it off ASAP as I'm going to be placing some highly wanted items on my site today or tomorrow, and I really don't want there to be issues for others during checkout.

Hello,

That error message seems to be triggered at the end of the checkout process just after the order is paid and after several tests I wasn't able to reproduce it.

Can you show us through some screenshots information about your customer's order like :
- The payment method used
- Shipping service used
- The country / state of his shipping address
- Dimensions/Weight of products added into the cart and their quantity

Sorry for the delay...been a hectic day, and my son is still recovering from surgery.

Sure thing Mohamed...but so far nothing has come up again.

Payment Method - PayPal
Shipping Service - USPS Priority Mail
Country/State - U.S. / Oklahoma
Dimensions/Weight - 12 x 10 x 3 (inches) / 3lb (US Pounds)

I tried to reproduce it with several configurations but I wasn't able to reproduce your issue which should be coming from cache issues.

So without step by step instructions we won't be able debug and fix that issue.

No problem Mohamed...after I posted that, I did reach back out to him for step by step...and he said he just simply logged into his account, went to the product page, dropped it into his cart, hit checkout, and paid with PayPal. That was it.

I couldn't replicate it either...so I am guessing it was just a temporary issue with USPS. Everything completed properly, no errors on the invoice for shipping, and the PayPal process completed properly as well.

So I guess we can just call this a non-issue unless it comes up again.
