Error - Agreement to the site's Privacy Policy is required.

When a customer (who has not yet registered) goes to the checkout and tries to register on the checkout page, they will get this error "Agreement to the site's Privacy Policy is required."
There is no checkbox or any information on this page about privacy policy.

If the customer is to create an account through the Joomla login option(not the checkout page), then the privacy policy agreement checkbox shows.
I cannot find any option which would get this checkbox to appear on the hikashop checkout registration section.

Am I missing something or is this a bug.

I have sorted this out, The problem was I had a custom view which was causing the problem.
