"Confirmed" email missing name

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.1.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.8
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.6

Hello,
When I go into HikaShop to change the order status to “shipped” from “confirmed” (and click on “OK” to send an email to the customer), it does not fill in the name of the customer the order was completed through. The “To Name” is blank, but the “To Address” has the proper email address. Is this a bug?

Hi,

I do have the "To Name" filled on my end.
Note however that this uses the "name" information field of the Joomla user account. If the order was made as a guest, then that field isn't available since the user doesn't have a user account and the field will be left blank.
