If user just before payment - goes to home, and again to checkout, ship-adress

If user just before payment - goes to home, and again to checkout, the ship-adress is my own/shop adress. ?

If i click checkout, and say that mt billing adress is the same, and then shipping method - now im going to -faq - button - and goes around - then i go back to the checkout, - my own shop/store adress is displayed as my ship adresse..

My shop/store address is located in...
/ system / configuration / main / 'Your shop address*

Thats the adresse that is written for the costomer. - the second time they goes to checkout..

what have I done wrong ?
