PDF file order not found

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13
-- PHP version -- : 7.2

Hi guys,

I have a website with hardcover book and e-book.
In the e-mail there is a link to download the file.

I do not want to use download area because i do not want to style all those pages ;-)
Now users go to a page order not found.
Order is there and is confirmed.

My customer did though changed to send, and i changed it back to confirmed. Does that do anything? Why is on send the status not downloadable?

So what is happening here?

Oh and then there will be a conflict if somebody orders both.
The hardcover needs to go on Send but pdf is not allowing to download :-D

Hi,

The download link will only work if the status of the order is activated under the "download" column of the menu System>Order statuses.
So if the person received the download link by email and it's not working anymore, it's likely because in the mean time the order status of the order was changed to a status which isn't activated in that column. So please check on that.
