second required checkbox checkout

I am requested to add second checkbox (like Terms and conditions, but with another article) to the checkout page. Is that possible? I am using the free version of the Hikashop. I see that the commercial versions have custom fields. Would that be a solution? Is there any possibility to add the second article with the free version.
