The notification plugin is enabled, yet, users go directly to the checkout cart.

Hi,

I checked your shop page and in the javascript of the page, it says that the option "redirect to checkout" is activated and the delay is set to 4000:
monosnap.com/file/zDtq3HtdgAxAd0UzrB81yGmadmFKoU
So either you have some caching on your website and thus you see the way the page was generated before you changed the settings of the plugin, or what you see in the interface doesn't correspond to what is saved in the database for some reason.
So make sure you save the settings of the plugin, then clear the cache on your website and then try again.

Hello Nicolas,
I attempted uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling the business pack.
I refreshed my browser and still no change.

Caching is not enabled on the site, because the site is currently being built.

I require a resolution to this problem -- could there be an app conflict? if so, what?

Your help with this matter is appreciated.

Well, I checked your cart notification plugin settings and as expected it says that you have activated the redirection to the checkout:
monosnap.com/file/Viu5lbtE6b3zRW2pK3IWqgPUeJ5SdO
If you don't want that, then you should turn off the corresponding setting, as you provided in your screenshot in your first message...

Only the popup setting worked for me (see image).
This may be due to a template error.

Hikashop Add to Cart notification Plugin
Popup - Works (button formatting/layout issues - with voyager template (made by stackideas)
Web Page - with no redirect :: Did not work
Add to cart button - with no redirect :: Did not work

I am providing this information for other users who may run into the same problem.
