Misisng Tax summary on checkout page

Hello

I have two kind of customers in the shop. Private customers > they see prices including sales tax. And business customers > they see prices without sales tax.

If private customers do checkout they see tax summary = they know how much tax is included in the total. Please see Tax-not-missing.png.

But for business customers this tax summary is missing. Please see Tax-missing.png.

It's important to show total tax them as well, otherwise business customers think tax is included in prices.

How can I display total tax there same as for private customers?

Hi,

There is no option to display the taxes there for one type of use an not for another type of user.
However, if no tax rule matches for the current user, then no tax will be charged, and thus no tax line will appear there.
If you want a tax line even when the tax is 0, then you need to have a 0% tax rate configured via the "manage tax rate" button of the System>Taxes menu, and the corresponding tax rule configured in System>Taxes so that the 0% tax rate will be added when necessary.
